The well-known National Geographic personality is known for his appearances as a judge on Top Chef Canada, Iron Chef as well as his Nat Geo People hit series David Rocco’s Dolce Vita and Celebrity Chef: East vs West with Hong Kong celebrity Nicolas Tse. His laid-back enthusiasm for travel and food make him a leading authority on global cuisines and their importance to local cultural heritage.
A champion of comfort street food culture, KF Seetoh is a prominent food consultant, commentator, entrepreneur, photographer, writer and TV culinary host. Hailed as a “Food Guide Maven” and “Singapore’s de Facto Street Food Guru” by New York Times and CNN respectively, Seetoh has created and produced eight TV series since 2001. He has made numerous guest TV appearances alongside the likes of Anthony Bourdain, Martha Stewart, Neil Perry & Luke Mangan and William Wongso, and has guest judged on USA’s “Top Chef” and New Zealand’s “Masterchef”.
